At 4th Street Cheese Straws and Treats, we believe that community is at the heart of everything we do. Whether we’re baking a fresh batch of cheese straws or packaging gifts for local events, our roots in Auburn run deep — and we’re proud to be part of such a vibrant, supportive community.
Both Lisa and Amy serve as Diplomats for the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, an opportunity that allows us to connect with local businesses and community members in meaningful ways. From ribbon cuttings celebrating new ventures, to Tuesday Talks that spark collaboration and learning, to Business After Hours events that bring professionals together, we’re constantly inspired by the passion and creativity that make Auburn such a special place to live and work.
Beyond our involvement with the Chamber, 4th Street is committed to giving back through donations and community participation. We love supporting local events and organizations that make a difference — whether it’s contributing treats for fundraisers, showing up to cheer on local efforts, or helping celebrate milestones across our community.
Engaging with our neighbors and local partners reminds us why we started 4th Street in the first place: to share a taste of Southern hospitality and spread a little joy — one cheese straw at a time.
We’re grateful for the connections we’ve built and the opportunities to be part of Auburn’s growing community. As we continue to bake, serve, and celebrate, we’ll keep finding new ways to give back and stay involved.
Because at 4th Street, we’re more than just treats — we’re part of the community that makes them special.
