Our Cheese Straws come in three irresistible heat levels to suit every palate:

Where are your cheese straws made?
Although we started baking in our home kitchen under the Alabama Cottage Law, we are pleased to have grown into a health department approved commissary kitchen in Opelika, AL. Our food permit allows us to sell to individuals, retail and wholesale. We are proud to boast a score of 100 two years in a row!
How many cheese straws are in each package?
Just like snowflakes, each cheese straw is unique. We sell by weight and 1 oz is is the serving in our Mini Snack Bag. We recommend allowing 1oz per person when you are hosting a gathering. Our Mini-Snack and Snack Bag cheese straws are 1-2 inches in length. The Party Bag, The Black Bag, and The Traditional Tin have longer cheese straws that are roughly 4 inches long.
Why do you sell cheese straws in a tin?
Originally, Nana baked and gave cheese straws in tins during the holidays. We continue the tradition and want to share this special gift version with you. The tins are reusable, recyclable and a perfect gift that anyone would enjoy. Additionally, we now offer the Party Bag as a refill for your tin.
Can I pre-order for the holidays, a special event or a gift?
Yes! You can absolutely pre-order with us! Our usual turnaround time is 3-10 days to prepare your order, and we always strive to get it to you as quickly as possible. If you’re looking to check off your to-do list early, we highly encourage you to plan ahead to ensure you have your 4th Street Cheese Straws and Treats ready for the holidays, special events, or as gifts.
When you’re ready to check out, simply select the date you’d like your order to be ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping. The more notice we have, the better we can meet your snacking needs!
Do you deliver?
For a small fee we can deliver any order in Auburn/Opelika and Huntsville/Madison areas. Additionally, we ship nationwide for a flat rate fee. If you are in Auburn or Huntsville, you can take advantage of our FREE porch pick up.
Where do I pick up my order?
We have a pick up option in Huntsville and Auburn area. If you select porch pick up at check out, we'll send details on how to pick up your order after your order confirmation.
At the Farmer's Market you had some other snacks that I don't see listed on the website. Can I order any of those?
Yes! In addition to cheese straws, we do bake several treats-Kick It Up Crackers, Cinnamon Cereal Mix, Confetti Cookies, and Classic Dark Chocolate Chip. We've recently added those to our updated website.
We are always trying new treat recipes and often see how they do at market. If you would like to order one of these treats and don't see it on our website, simply message us and we'll be happy to help you place an order.
Do you have gluten free cheese straws?
Yes! We had so many requests that we created a gluten free recipe using a popular one to one measure gluten free flour. We will have gluten free options with us at markets but if you would like to order them on line you can add a note a check out or message us.
Do you cater or offer cheese straws in bulk?
Yes! We would love to add our treat to your menu. We offer a delightful array of treats including our classic Cheese Straws, Kick It Up Crackers, and sweet treats.
